Shop Terms & Refund Policy

1. Who we are

The shop is operated by TableCommander Limited, a company registered in Northern Ireland (No. NI736379), registered office at Office 1583, 92 Castle Street, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT1 1HE. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to TableCommander Limited.

2. These terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't order.

3. Order formation

Your order is placed when you complete checkout and payment is successfully authorised by Stripe. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide. A binding sales contract is formed at the point the order confirmation is sent.

5. Prices, currency and shipping

Prices are shown in GBP. Stripe may display and charge the equivalent amount in your local currency at checkout; the authoritative price is the one shown in Stripe's checkout page at the moment you pay. Shipping is charged at the rate shown at checkout for your delivery country.

International buyers may be charged customs duties, import VAT or handling fees by their local postal service on delivery. These are not included in the price or shipping fee and are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Delivery

We ship by Royal Mail Tracked from Belfast. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and are business-day estimates, not guarantees. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we hand them to the carrier; risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Before the orders close date

You may cancel any pre-order for a full refund up until the orders close date. Use the cancel link in your confirmation email, or contact us at support@tablecommander.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear in 5–10 business days.

After production begins

Once the orders close date has passed and a design enters production, pre-orders can no longer be self-serve cancelled. Your UK statutory rights still apply:

Faulty or damaged goods

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not matching the description, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping) under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refund method and timing

All refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. We initiate refunds the same day we confirm a cancellation; most banks post the funds within 5–10 business days.

8. Our liability

We take responsibility for the value of the goods and for direct losses caused by our negligence. We do not limit or exclude our liability where the law does not permit us to do so — for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Where loss is not caused by our negligence or breach of these terms, we are not liable for it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order is the one that governs your purchase.
